Can I boil sauces, etc. directly over a barbeque grill?
I’m new to grilling so hopefully this question isn’t too ignorant. We just bought a new grill and opted for the Weber Q 300. It received numerous excellent reviews and in addition to great performance we like the compact design. But it doesn’t have an extra side burner, so during a loss of electricity where we have to fully rely on it, can I put a pot directly over the flame to cook soups, stews, etc? Thank you!
well you could but then you would have to make the fire too hot and possibly burn what you are trying to grill. if you are worried about electicity going out and all. get yourself a coleman stove.
