Big Green Egg Grill vs. Convection oven?
I am looking to buy a good convection oven so I can begin baking– but have recently come across a grill that can bake, barbecue, smoke and grill EXCELLENTLY!
And I was wondering has anybody had any experience with baking pastry or bread on the Big Green Egg?
Is it better than the convection oven? I know it can get up to extremely high temperatures paralleling it to outdoor bread/pizza ovens.
Help? Anyone?
