thanks to the people who answered my question about smoking a boston butt. I need a little more help with it.?
Im using a brinkminn grill/smoker that has the firebox on the side. How much charcoal do i use and wood chips? Do i need to add more as it cooks or will what i start with be enough? A boston butt is my favorite food and i really wanna get this smoking down pat. Thanks in advance for any answers.
